By the end of this guide, you'll have:

  • βœ… Created your account and workspace
  • βœ… Added your first podcast
  • βœ… Uploaded an episode with a transcript
  • βœ… Generated your first AI content

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Get invited by a current PodGlue user (invite-only access)
  2. Use the invitation link or invite code on signup
  3. Set your password and verify your email
  4. Complete your basic profile details

Beta Note: PodGlue is currently invite-only. You must be invited by an existing PodGlue user.


Step 2: Get Started

A workspace is your home base for managing one podcast.

  1. After signing up, you'll see the onboarding screen

*Step 1 screen: click **Set up your podcast** to begin workspace setup.*
  1. Click "Set up your podcast"

Step 3: Configure Your Workspace

  1. Enter your podcast details

    • Podcast Title: Your show's name
    • Description: A brief description or mission (optional)
    • Primary Host: Host's name or Your name
    • Host Photo: Optional headshot for the primary host
    • Co-Host: Co-Host's name (optional)
  2. Click "Next Step" to continue setup

*Step 2 screen: click **Next steep** to enter the RSS Feed (Optional)*

Step 4: Add RSS Feed

RSS Feed: Import existing episodes via RSS (optional)

Importing via RSS (Optional)

If you have an existing podcast with an RSS feed:

  1. Paste your RSS feed URL on this screen, you can optionaly also enter the Apple Podcast URL.
  2. PodGlue will save this information to your profile.

*Step 2 screen: click **Voice Calibration** to customize PodGlue to your voice.

Step 5: Import Your First Episode

  1. There are two ways to import your first episode.
  2. Import from RSS
  3. Upload, either an audio file or a text file.

Getting Your Transcript

If you don't have a transcript yet, here are options:

  • Transcription Services: Descript, Otter.ai, Rev, or Trint
  • Podcast Hosts: Many hosts (Buzzsprout, Transistor) provide auto-transcription
  • AI Tools: Whisper AI (free), or built-in transcription in recording tools

Step 5: Generate AI Content

Now for the magic! Let's generate content from your episode.

Using Auto-Pilot (Recommended)

  1. Go to the Episodes Library
  2. Find your episode row/card
  3. Click the "Auto-Pilot" button from the library action controls
  4. Auto-Pilot runs Forge, Social, and SEO in sequence (and Manuscript on Agency tier).

You can also run passes individually:

How long does AI processing take?

Most episodes process in 2-5 minutes depending on length and which passes you run.

Can I regenerate content?

Yes! You can run any pass multiple times. Each run creates new content while preserving previous versions.

What file formats are supported for transcripts?

  • Plain text (.txt)
  • Markdown (.md)
  • Copy/paste directly into the editor

Is my data secure?

Yes! PodGlue uses enterprise-grade security with Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring your data stays private.
